Group string classes are reserved for intermediate and advanced orchestral string players seeking a challenge outside of orchestra training. Group strings consist of various styles of ensemble playing that may include: duos, trios, quartets, quintets or chamber orchestra ensembles. The music can be challenging and students learn responsibility, listening techniques and the enjoyment of playing in a more intimate group of musicians.
